Come to Sel & Poivre and reminisce about that French bistro that you found tucked away in Paris last time you were there. It's "A touch of France in the heart of Darlinghurst" with a a relaxed French atmosphere and "je ne sais quoi" Sel & Poivre will make the memories flood back with its traditional French menu.

A bright , clean Semillon style with a little Chardonnay to fill out the palate and contribute a softness to the palate.Clean acid finish & plenty of flavour .I have made this style for many years & found that it ages very well...   Ian MacRae , winemaker - Mudgee / NSW.
