La Cuvée Sel et Poivre ,”Le Blanc”, Semillon / Chardonnay, Mudgee / NSW, 2009 . A bright , clean Semillon style with a little Chardonnay to fill out the palate and contribute a softness to the palate.Clean acid finish & plenty of flavour . Big Cabernet nose and a full palate finishing with firm but not aggresive tannins.Bright & long with clean acid on the finish My Cabernets tend to age well and fill out into generous , well balanced wines.
